Managing your Plantime subscription and understanding plan limits.

Overview

Your Plantime subscription determines how many team members and teams you can manage. Subscription settings are found under Settings → Subscription.

Viewing your plan

The subscription page shows your current plan, billing cycle, and the limits that apply to your account — such as the maximum number of active contracts or teams.

Limits

When you approach or reach a plan limit, Plantime will notify you. Common limits include:

  • Active contracts — the number of people with active contracts across your teams
  • Teams — the number of teams you can manage
  • Features — some features such as the AI assistant or advanced reporting may be available on higher plans only

If you hit a limit, you can upgrade your plan to increase it.

Upgrading or changing your plan

From the subscription page, click Upgrade to see available plans. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated on your next billing cycle.

Billing

Plantime is billed monthly or annually. Annual billing is discounted compared to monthly. Your billing details and invoice history are available on the subscription page.

Cancelling

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Subscription and select Cancel plan. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you'll be moved to a limited free tier if one is available, or access will be restricted.
